Driving Product Management from the customer view with Jobs-to-be-done at Energie360
Product Managers are facing many challenges every day. As if the day-to-day was not enough, a new challenge is being added: Understanding customers and their needs. A technology advantage is often not enough anymore. That’s why PMs must move from purely being tech kings and queens to becoming customer champions as well, so their product will win.
But how to tackle this challenge? How to change the mindsets of enigineering and business oriented PMs and POs? How to get leadership buy in for a more customer-focused mindset? And: What is the value of more customer-focus in (B2B) product management really?
Marcel Brüelisauer (Head of Product Management) and Lukas Achtnich (PM) from Energie 360° share their change story and experiences in various Jobs-to-be-done projects from heating network systems (Energieverbünde) to solar energy systems for companies.
